To further improve upon Oceansoft’s competitive advantage, we will launch an extensive Business English program, which is scheduled to begin on September 1, 2007, to facilitate our Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practice as well as globalize our IT education and staffing solution.
We are currently seeking an Admissions Recruiter to solicit prospective students into our Business English program and assist in the growth of student applications and enrollments. This is a position that requires the ability to meet enrollment growth plans by scheduling and delivering dynamic group presentations as well as one-on-one sessions in the business community and to high schools.
Ideal candidates will:
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, proven track record in sales and able to work independently.
- Be able to meet with potential students with strong conviction of our business model.
- Have the desire and ability to motivate these students to succeed.
- Be able to deliver informative and motivational presentations on a wide range of topics to high school students, as well as to the business community.
- Be effective communicators to large audiences.
- Accept responsibility for a given territory and the success of that territory.
- Speak both English and Chinese.
- Have other business experience.
- Have some experience in education or training industry.

Senior Software Developer
