Chairman & CEO
Grace Chen - Since receiving her Masters Degree in Mathematical Statistics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, Grace Chen has been setting the trail ablaze. From that point forward, Ms. Chen has been a powerhouse of ideas, learning capabilities, and sheer desire to create and implement change. Her position as Chairman and CEO of Simple Cash International and Oceansoft International is firmly rooted in her belief in the company's vision: "To make the lives of others better." Period! Arriving in the United States with no previous knowledge of English or advanced technology, Ms. Chen gained valuable experience by working for such Fortune 100 companies as TRW, National Semiconductor, FMC, Saudi Aramco and, eventually, through hard work, perseverance, and an innate drive to succeed, became the first female Chief Technology Officer of a Fortune 500 company in 1980. From 1992 onward, she has built her own consulting practice (Outsourcing Technology Systems), been instrumental in the financial service industry's evolvement to the 1st generation of online banking solutions, and founded and built a web-based, online-banking, stored value platform solution (eCommLink) whereby 2nd, 3rd, & 4th generation technologies for the financial services industry were rolled into one simple, convenient, affordable application.

Senior Vice President of Business Development
Peter A. Gudenzi - a graduate of Villanova University, Pete Gudenzi is an experienced business development manager, project manager, and technologist who has co-founded and managed two technology services companies over the past 14 years. He has spent over a dozen years implementing and managing enterprise business application systems. Mr. Gudenzi also spent several years dedicated to the software engineering and database design disciplines before becoming a project manager and business owner. These experiences give him a greater depth of understanding how technical and business processes require attention to detail and quality in order to be viable for any organization.

V.P. Sales and Marketing
Jay Latimer - Jay Latimer is an executive with over 25 years of successful leadership is the Information Technology services industry. Prior to joining Oceansoft International Jay was the Executive Business Manager for EDS' Americas Application Services Division, one of EDS' largest and most significant regional delivery teams. He was responsible for the Strategic Business Development organization, He and his team interacted with many large EDS prospective clients to develop, review and approval leading-edge Applications and business process services solutions. He was also responsible for leading a global team in the development of the governance model for the global solution development process.

Chief Technology Officer
Jason Yu - Jason Yu holds a degree in Information Technology from Henan Polytechnic University, has eight years experience in information technology including software research and development, as well as five years project management experience. He is responsible for software architecture analysis, design, planning, and software development platform research and development. With extensive development and management experience, Mr. Yu specializes in a wide range of information technology such as system engineering, software architecture, system analysis and business analysis, as well as Electronic Payment System, Enterprise Information Portal, and Enterprise Application Integration. He is proficient in numerous technical tools, including: .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, XML, Web Services, ADO.NET, Enterprise Library, .Net Remoting, SpringNet, NHibernate, etc), JAVA Platform (2EE/J2ME, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Log4j, the Eclipse IDE and application integration using SOAP and XML, etc). As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Yu also oversees ITO and BPO projects within the organization.

Administration and Marketing
Kay Tarnopol - Kay Tarnopol has over 25 years of corporate marketing and project management experience developing and implementing both long and short term programs and strategies for companies including Hewlett-Packard, Gulf States Toyota, Ford Motor Company, and Jaguar Cars Limited. She has directed development of supporting collateral and materials including advertising, direct mail, website development, public relations, trade shows, and special event management. Ads she has authored have appeared in USA Today and the Wall Street Journal. Kay brings strong "across-the-board" marketing experience from the automotive and tech industry sectors.
