Under this model, Oceansoft provides IT professionals to work with client’s project team at client’s facility.

On-Site and Off-Shore Combined

Under this model, some of Oceansoft's IT professionals work on client's site, some of them work offshore at Oceansoft's site.

Offshore Development Center (ODC)

The purpose for building an ODC is to let the clients focus on their core value competencies, and benefit from Oceansoft's technology professionals & infrastructure in order to reduce the client's expenses. This model has been proven to be a successful approach as an extension of client’s engineering facilities.

We have scalable resources to provide high quality resources at an economical and manageable landscape.

We provide the following business models of ODC:

Client Managed ODC
Oceansoft provides software engineers, project leaders, system architects, application designers, and infrastructure to supply all of their business requirements. Our clients also provide the necessary management team at senior level, which are responsible for project management and deliverables. These ODC's adopt the client specific business practices, processes, methodologies, quality management, and acquisition of technology expertise as per the need of the client's projects.
This model works at a partner level relationship between the client and Oceansoft with full commitment to ODC from both sides.

Oceansoft Managed ODC
This model allows Oceansoft to manage the resources, infrastructure, projects and deliverables as an end-to-end services provider. The client allocates tasks and manages reviews. All processes including the development process, testing and standards are deployed using Oceansoft's best practices. However, at every phase we take the client's key input before implementation.

Joint Venture ODC
The Joint Venture Model is a pure partnership approach with a long-term understanding between Oceansoft and the client. This is a mutual investment in each other's business and growth.
